Anotoペン用の用紙印刷ができる？
以前から気になっていたアノトのデジタルペン。
ご存知ない人のために説明すると、アノトのデジタルペンというのはペン自体がコンピュータを搭載しているデジタル入力デバイス。
操作はいたって簡単。
普通のボールペンと同じように「専用紙」に書き込むと、ペン先にあるカメラが筆跡を解析し、書いた内容自体をデジタルデータとしてペン内にあるメモリに記憶するという仕組み。これをBlueToothなどで他のデバイスへ転送すると、書き込んだ内容そのものがインクデータとして再現される。入力のためのキーボードやディスプレイは一切ない。
デジタル機器のインターフェイスに縛られることなく、違和感なくデジタル情報を残せるというのは、とてもスマートだ。
たったひとつのネックは専用紙が必要だということ。
用紙が専用なので汎用性が低く、いまいちかなぁーと思っていたが、自分で用紙を印刷できる道が開けたようだ。
なるほど霜ケンさんは、アノトを持っているのか。

ども、ご無沙汰しています。
用紙の印刷についてですが、ライセンス関連で結構厳しく制限されているようです。ただ、OKIのプリンタを個人で購入して…という点では別でしょうけど。
その辺りがまだ明確ではないので、調査してみるつもりです。
アノトペンは若干スリムになった新型がリリースされたせいか、旧型がお安くなっています。購入するなら今かも知れませんね。
レスポンスは想像以上に良いので、普通に使うことができます。
結構驚きですよ。

は保存機（？）も一緒になければいけないので。
OKIのプリンタで出せるという事は特色印刷ではなく、普通のスミで刷れるかもですね。気になるのは解像度ですね。ニジミやジャギでトレースが飛んだりするのでしょうか。
イラレでデータ作って安めのオフセット印刷にだせば、プリンタ買うより安いかも。まずいですかね？

アノトのペンは、かなり前から目をつけてたんですが、やはり専用紙がネックで購入を見送ってました。チェックボックスでコマンドを実行させるんだと思うんですが、インクデータだけなら用紙の版形は関係ないんですか（たとえば専用紙を小さく切って利用しても支障なし？）
旧型が安くなって、用紙印刷が自分でできるのなら、システム手帳のステーショナリー版なんかを自作して使ってみたいですね。

アノト専用紙の印刷精度は、どのくらい必要なんですかね。イラレでデータが作れるのなら、スミ一色のオンデマンドで刷れれば安くつきますね。最近はDocuTechなんかも性能上がっているみたいだし。

アノトサイトでは「管理者のもと、オフセット印刷で」とありますね。どの程度の管理かわかりませんが。ただいくら高性能といえど、20万円のプリンタがオンデマンドやオフセット印刷を上回る精度とは思えませんが。

私の記憶が確かなら、アノトペンの紙はすべての用紙が実は巨大な１枚の（理論的な）マップになっていて専用用紙はそれを（理論上）切り取ったものだったと思います。ですから、専用用紙をある程度切り刻んでも問題ないはずです。
理論的には切り刻んだチェックボックスは機能すると思うのだけど実際のところどうなんでしょう。

なので、プリンタで印刷するとなると精度も問題ですがどうやって巨大なマップ上の一意な座標の管理をするのか興味深いところです。
