Einstein - ROMの吸上げ
N@BlogでROMの吸い上げかたを説明した特集が組まれています。
NewtonとのTCP/IP接続ができている場合にはROM Dumperがお薦めですが、シリアルＵＳＢ接続による接続を考えている人はぜひN@Blogを覗いてみてください。
ボクの場合もOS-XとNewtonを接続するのが難しく（正確には面倒で・・・）NewtsCapeを使ってROM Dumperをインストールしました。
どこか自分のコンテンツが置けるウェブサーバ（もちろんローカルでもOK）にROM Dumperをアップロードして、ファイルのURLをNewtsCapeでアクセスします。NewtsCapeはパッケージをダウンロードすると、その場でインストールしてくれますから簡単でした。
NewtonにNewtsCapeが入っていたら、この方法で試してみてください。
当時のアプレットを色々いれてみようと思っているんだけど、ほとんどがフロッピーなんだよね。どうしても等幅ゴシックとNetiGameの強化キットいれたい。iMac用のフロッピードライブ買ってくるかなぁ。
